Im Not comfortable with providing support with:
Self-esteem,weight management, sleeping well, parenting, men and women's issues and managing emotions.
I've been through alot in my life time. Including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, eating disorders, self harm, suicidal thoughts. But I'm still here fighting and I no you can to.
I'm still going through a bad time tho but I'm getting help with it all by a counsellor. Ive talked to many listeners when I was down. Well I decided then and there that I wanted to help people like they helped me.
I'm pretty comfortable with talking about: depression, anxiety, self harm,a mental health, loneliness and loads more.
The conversation we have I can promise you that it will be all confidential. I am a known judgement person who can help you if you just reach out.
Everyone just remember that you are AWESOME and AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL. And you are worth it.
