Bio
Hi there, I'm currently studying for a Psychology Conversion MSc, having previously completed my undergraduate degree in Sociology at the University of Edinburgh.
I've always cared deeply about making sure people feel accepted, supported and understood. Growing up by the beach, some of my favourite memories are of long, rainy beach walks with my mum, where I'd talk through everything going on in my life, from school and friendships to whatever else was on my mind. She would listen, offer advice where I needed it and make me feel that whatever I was going through was worth talking about.
It wasn't until I was older that I fully appreciated how lucky I was to have that kind of support, and how much of a difference it can make to feel genuinely listened to. It's something I want other people to experience, too.
That's why I'd love to be your listener. I want to offer a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where people can talk openly about whatever is on their mind, however big or small. Whether someone needs to get something off their chest, work through a difficult situation or simply feel heard, I'd like to be someone they can turn to.
