...See more Hi, I'm Aaron. I've struggled with depression for around 8 years. I was a lot better for a couple of years, but since March of this year I've felt myself sinking further into depression again and I've struggled to find the energy to actually help myself get out of it, so this is me trying to help myself, by joining a supportive community.
