...See more Hi everyone, i am new here, you are all so brave for talking openly about your feelings, I don't feel like I can talk to anyone at the moment without being a burden or sounding stupid or attention seeking or worrying that my partner will feel differently about me. Some days I am OK and can feel happy and involved in the world around me recently I have hit the floor again and cant process my own thoughts or even begin to relate them to anyone else. I can never get to sleep, sometimes only with a hypnosis video on YouTube but it can still take hours to switch off my mind. I cant afford an official Councillor so I'm hoping this site will provide some sort of comfort Anyone going through the same or just wanting to chat I hope to hear from you xx Charlotte
