...See more About a year ago I was living alone had a good job and it was going great. Next thing it all came down on me the toxic work environment made it unbearable and I decided to quit and move back home. My friends and I agreed that it would be better but ever since I have moved back I have fallen into depression and my anxiety has gotten worse. I am over thinking and I am scared to do anything alone even just going to the shop. It's like it has take over my whole life. I am on medication and have been seeing a therapist but it feels like it's not working. The Anxiety is always there and the panic attacks don't stop. I just don't know what to do or how to get trough it anymore ?
