I am a mom and a wife and I know the challenges being those two roles are. It wasn't too long ago I was in college or even a teen myself. During those years I dealt with anxiety/panic, bad break ups, bad relationships, self harm, depression, loss and every day stress. Now I deal with work stress, parenting and family matters every day.

I'm here now to help you through your rough times, to listen when you need to vent and be there when you need to cry.
