Morning anxiety

...See more Hi all, I'm new here. I joined yesterday and am working through my personal steps. I seem to wake up with morning anxiety and panic attacks and end up crying. Yesterday from using the app throughout the day, I managed to have a good day, the first in ages. I felt in control again. This morning I've woken up and instantly felt anxious, panic, and then the tears came because I'm worried I won't have a good day like yesterday, that yesterday was a one off and I'll never get "better". Has anyone experienced this morning anxious feeling? How did you overcome it? I want to feel happy again and look forward to the day ahead, and I do have things to look forward to, the morning feelings just take over and consume me so I don't get to feel excited about my day. I just feel dread and overwhelmed. Thanks for reading x
