When we go through hard times, sometimes the best help is simply in being heard, shown compassion, and understood. I recently returned to school for psychology with the hopes of one day becoming a psychiatric epidemiologist. Being a Listener here on 7Cups is one of the ways that I remind myself what I am working towards - improving the health and wellbeing of every single person.
