Bio

Hi, I'm glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. I have endured many life tragedies and hardships that have molded me into the person I am today. I have learned many life lessons, knowledge, and skills that have allowed me to continue to persevere, to build my resiliency, and a desire to help others in their times of difficulty. I am a two-time breast cancer survivor, 2003 & 2009. I am a Crisis Counselor, and an advocate for victims of crime, crisis, and trauma. I believe that I was born and continue to live to fulfill a purpose and that is to help others get through their time of need. I have a great deal of personal experience with enduring horrifying emotions that one goes through when dealing with anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, and grief.
