...See more I don't really have a binge eating disorder, or at least I'm not diagnosed, but I've been trying to eat healthier these few months and I've noticed that once in a week or so, I break into a mini binge. Usually it's like a pint of ice cream or a bowl of whipped heavy cream, so it's not quite as bad, but I do feel really crappy and sluggish afterwards. I incorporate these foods into my diet in small amounts so I don't see what can be the problem?? Maybe I'm just addicted to foods high in fat and sugar?? Please help me get rid of these mini binges
