I’m a 16 year old living in India. I’ve spent my life chasing two very different kinds of intensity; the adrenaline of competition and the quiet curiosity of understanding people. As a World Champion in kayaking and a National-level Gold Medalist in shooting, I’ve learned what it means to stay calm under pressure, push past limits, and show up fully. But somewhere between training and competing, I found myself equally drawn to psychology; to the “why” behind how people think, feel, and connect and that’s what has brought me to 7 Cups. I believe this is a chance to turn that curiosity into something that actually helps people and I’m excited to bring both my discipline and my genuine interest in mental health into this work.
