...See more Hello I came on to see if I can meet people who are struggling with panic attacks/anxiety ..  I have had them practically my whole life but lately they have become so much worse.... I really don't have anyone that I can talk to because no one really understands which makes you feel alone...    i have some things that i can do that can keep my mind busy so I don't get worse when i'm feeling one come on but its when they get really bad I would like to know what others do that seems to help because I have not figured out that part ugghhhh    Thanks
