...See more I've been feeling really intense but only at night. I'm sat in bed right now either feeling like I can't breathe, my heart is hurting, I'm gonna be sick, My body shaking, gonna burst into tears, my heart might jump out of my chest, I want to claw myself out of my skin. I'm feeling either a mixture or what feels like all at once and as usual I feel like I'm going to die. i don't really know what's wrong though and that makes it worse. I kind of can't be arsed anymore with some people and I feel like my filter is slowly crumbling. I'm not sure if it's me adjusting to being back at uni or if this is here to stay. During the day I'm my normal confident chatty self with friends. I can do my work but as soon as I start winding down, this happens and I'm confused. I have a couple of things in my mind, I'll keep this brief. A boy who is a friend likes me and I don't like him like that I don't think and it's dragging up all these emotions and thoughts that I thought that I had solved but now I just feel like I've repressed things and maybe not solved. But my words of the month seem to be : I don't know. I don't think I need therapy again, I would prefer medication just to take all of these symptoms away because I know how to deal with my anxiety I just can't deal with whatever it is that I'm feeling.
