Hey, glad you found me!

I'm a nonbinary, autistic, disabled 7cups intern-graduate. I love helping people develop habits and systems for supporting their wellness. I enjoy hosting friends, organizing, reading, and writing. I live in Eastern Time (USA).

I give affirming feedback and ask questions that probe deeper into feelings, thoughts, decisions, etc. I don't give advice and I don't have an opinion about what is right or wrong for you. I have done a lot of research and am always ready to share information and experience on applicable topics, but it's up to you to decide how to apply it if at all.


I'm especially glad to provide ongoing support over a few weeks or months and I'm skilled at holding heavy and complex stories.

They are wonderful! They were very familiar with my issues and were able to ask a lot of follow up questions to help me understand myself better. They were very empathetic and also shared some of their experience with the same issue to help me out. Anyone would be lucky to have them for a listener!

I didn't expect to find someone on here who's so understand and open about non-traditional family structures and relationships. cinnamoncocoa has an incredibly variety of experience and knowledge that makes them really good at hearing my ideas and asking the right questions. Thanks 7cups for training such an awesome listener! If I become a listener one day, I want cinnamoncocoa as a mentor.
I went through at least a dozen listeners before i found cocoa. they've been a lot easier to talk to than most of the other listeners i'd had. i have found some other good listeners since then, but cocoa is still a go-to for when i need a reliably good listener.
Lee has been supporting me for several weeks now and makes me feel very comfortable. They are never shocked by my experiences and never judge my responses. They have helped me see the validity of my feelings and identify the errors in my own thinking. They're kind, experienced, knowledgeable, open-minded, and incredibly helpful to me.
They talked with me about a number of issues for a few hours. Extremely compassionate and understanding. Definitely one of my best experiences on this website
