Hello, I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea! I am here as a listener because I've found this community to be so warm and non-judgmental when I've spoken to other listeners that I wanted to help people too.
I've had my share of ups and downs with family issues, being a caregiver for a loved one, staying true to my beliefs that we are all good people at heart, even those we don't agree with.
I'm an advocate of practicing mindfulness through meditation but also day to day application in my family and work.
In my spare time I love hiking, kayaking and learning new things.
