...See more Hi, I’m tiff and I’m new to this whole thing. I’ve always been adamant that I’m fine and kind of steered away from help because I don’t even know where I’d begin and I often feel like a burden when I talk about my problems. I’m a very shut off person and tend to not share how I feel with other people. Like ever. But lately I’m feeling alone and I’m surrounded by people that are only making me feel worse. I want to feel better. I want to be better. It’s very tough, especially during the winter season along with this never-ending pandemic. So I thought I’d give this a try after my sister suggested it. So here I am!
