...See more ive been having a really hard time for a bit now worrying about what others think of me as being trans (ftm). its getting more and more painful for me to keep bottling up my emotions on being misgendered, dead-named, etc., ive been trans for nearly 2 years, non-binary to genderfluid but for several months ive been considering that im a trans man. i have a safe outlet of friends ive come out to before, but family and especially my partner is what i fear the most. ive come out to him before, he uses my preferred pronouns (he/they) and name(evelyn) but even the small steps to coming out again seem so large and terrifying, deep down i fear he would fall out of love for me if i wanted to be a man. i recently sorta came out to my mom bc the topic came up and i couldnt help my emotional self at the moment, which i thank myself for bc shes accepting of me and trying to help me transition. i fear for the rest of my family having to one day find out, and with college around the corner i desperately need to pass before i go out there. and that brings up one more thing, my boyfriends family, theyre mormon, idk if they're transphobic or homophobic idk how ill ever come out to them but ill need to bc i wouldnt be able to handle if they misgendered or deadnamed me. i wish it was easy to just say i want to be called cole, he/they pronouns and im a man.
