My name is Becky and I have a passion to help others to get through the trauma of anxiety, depression and most of all panic attacks. I have dealt with this reality for 20 years now. Dont get me wrong, I still have my days! Over the years I've learned so much and found so many tools to live a normal life. I'd love to share them in Hope's that it can help someone a heck of a lot faster than it took for me to figure it out. I'm here for you and I understand full heartedly!
