I have been through alot and am a long term sufferer of depression and Anxiety, I also am a Trans Man. so I can understand and relate to other people who are going through or have been through the same things as I may have had. Sometimes talking to another person can be very helpful, I do not judge and everything you share will be treated delicately and will be kept private and 100% confidential. Just a friendly ear.
