I am not just here as a volunteer; I am here as a survivor. I know what
it’s like to feel so much pain that you want to disappear. I know the
heavy weight of depression, the confusion of trauma, and the moments
where hurting yourself feels like the only way to speak when you have no
words. I have stood in those shadows myself, and I understand the
exhaustion of 'performing' like everything is fine while feeling empty

I am currently rebuilding my own life through discipline and heart—I
train in Karate, I dive into science, and I’m learning how to be a safe
