They were very helpful and talked to me about what was wrong and helped me assess the situation head on!
She was very kind, professional, and empathetic. She was able to show that she really cared about my situation, and even provided amazing alternatives on what I could do for my problem; I recieved a lot of consolation and heartfelt advice.
This listener was very patient and kind. They really took the time to listen to me and respond to my needs rather than just give some generic advice. It really helped me gain the motivation to get out of the dark place I was in.
