My belief is that a person's problem is best handled by themselves, but it starts with support from someone else.

Without a listening ear, it is hard for a person to recognise their own problem and move on. In this fast-paced world, it is hard for someone to slow down and talk or listen to others.

Therefore I make it my goal to help others by listening and reflecting their stories, and hope that they can gain some wisdom out of sharing and learn how to move on.

*UPDATE* currently away for self-care recovery. Be back by 1st June 2020.
