I felt myself eating up with no hope just sadness and awful thoughts. I was so upset and feeling confused and frightened I needed someone to chat with; then she accepted my request and she spoke to me like I MATTERED; and without being dramatic but I think she played a huge part in me stopping harming myself just by our conversation.

Hi, this is Thomas D. I would like to review. Firstly, I have had many therapy sessions with the belief that no one has time or understands me. I believed I wasn't getting anywhere in my life. I decided to start a session after reading lots of feedback. The helpfulness and professionalism I have received is undoubtedly one of the best I have received. I am a difficult person to deal with, yet, speaking with C I never once been judged, questioned or made me feel inadequate. C is a true diamond in this world and I will forever be thankful for all of the help I have received over the past few months. "Always be kind to yourself" is one thing I will remember from our sessions. Thank you so much, C. You're one in a million! :) :) :)
