...See more Actually idk how to start with this and I dont even know if I have anxiety and I also dont wanna self diagnose myself so Im just gonna start to tell u my story i guess. So sometimes I have this really weird feeling which I cant describe and yesterday this one feeling got worse and I asked my math teacher if I can go outside with my friend. After we went outside me breathing started to change I sat down and just randomly started crying which was really weird cause I dont even know why. My friend helped me with the whole Situation and after 20 mins or sum we went back to class again. The same day at about 9pm this weird feeling started again and I panicked which lead me to have the same thing again. Today I was scared that it might happen again but luckily it didnt and I also talked to my friend about it but she just tells me that it is in my head and Im telling myself that something is gonna happen and my life is so good I dont even have a reason. I have the feeling she doesnt understand me cause she still doesnt know much about me even tho I try to tell her something I have trust issues which makes is really hard for me to tell her secrets. She thinks I have a really good life and no reason bla bla bla I really dont know what to the rn i overthink very often and I really want to know whats happening with me :/ Idk know what Im typing rn but i kinda just needed to get this off my chest. (Btw English isnt my first language dont judge please)
