Bio
I am a high school junior, dedicated to leadership, athletics, and service. I am a veteran Leader my school’s Leadership Program, where I am developing skills to build a positive team culture as a varsity lacrosse player. My academic interests center on mental health through a public health lens, focusing on how support systems shape confidence, behavior, and well-being.
After earning my Teen Mental Health First Aid Certification (tMHFA), I began exploring how communication between teens and parents influences mental health outcomes, with an interest in designing practical tools to strengthen these relationships. As a certified coach through USA Lacrosse, I leads clinics for younger players and explore how mentorships influences athletic performance.
