I am 31 years old. I went to school to become a spiritual counselor. I ha e always loved helping people. I do meditation I don't practice in it as much as I use to. I use to do 4 hrs of meditation a day. My spirituality has been my main drive. We all go through allot in life and we r here to help each other because there is souch to learn.
