Negative internship experience

...See more Ever since the covid 19 pandemic begun. My life is shambles now. I had anxiety issues and claustrophobic issues when I was young and I was put in boarding school.im 22 years old and i was coping up well until 2021. The beginning of 2021, i experienced the worst anxiety attack of my life, I had a major pregnancy scare and the worst part is I did not even do anything. I couldn't sleep, eat , racing thoughts, palpitations, i can't describe what I felt during that time. Despite taking 20 tests, I still thought I was experiencing cryptic pregnancy and my anxiety did not fade away until 10th month. This mrked the start of my horrible year. I was anxious about my master's application form and now I got an internship in a firm but I have been warned due to lack of focus, im tired of anxiety, the racing thought, the constant need to seek reassurance,the palpitations, the shivering. My body is weak and my mental health is drained.i feel like I releive myself of the mental pain and seek peace of mind. Pandemic has erased my social life. If i had social life, i would have been able to lean on to my friends atleast. But with only professional and personal life, the failure in my professional life is magnified even more and I feel horrible.
