Hi there! I'm  Rabbit or Lani , and I'm a listener here on 7 Cups. I'm passionate about helping others find their inner strength and resilience, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings. 


When I'm not listening on 7 Cups, you can find me hiking in the great outdoors , by the beach or curled up with my pets. I'm here to support you as best as I can, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need someone to talk to, I will reply as soon as possible.


I understand some days are rougher than others but we can always try to look for the positives !! I like to think of life is like a roller coaster we have our ups and down moments. 


I believe that everyone has an opportunity to heal and grow, and that sometimes all it takes is someone to listen with an open heart and mind. 


My approach to listening is non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative. I'm here to support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, and to help you find your own path forward. I'm honored to be a part of this community!
