Hey! So, after almost 20 years (17 but close enough) of trauma, controlling behaviour, manipulation, emotional and mental abuse I think it's safe to say I'm somewhat of a pro now. However, I've worked through it, accepted it, am no longerafraid to not only talk about it but scream it from the rooftops if it means it helps someone else. I'm a massive advocate when it comes to mental health. Nobody should suffer alone. Feel free to talk to me.
