Hi there! I'm a trained active listener and have experience volunteering and counseling in the mental health field (substance abuse, mental illness, trauma, Asperger's and Autism Spectrum) and will be training to become a fully licensed therapist in the future. I'm also "older" and have experience as parent, world traveler and hold degrees in English and Psychology. I learn so much from others and their stories and believe compassion and time are the greatest gifts we can give one another. I am so grateful for any opportunity to pay it forward.
