...See more Does anyone else regularly experience physical symptoms of anxiety for 30 minutes-hours like tight throat and chest, nausea, stomach pains, headache, etc? I try to do deep breathing and still find it hard to relax. If so, do you have any advice? I think my body’s gotten into the habit of getting into anxiety spells for extended periods of time. Trying to figure out how to unlearn that.

...See more realize there were communities. Very cool. I am a transportation engineer in her late 20s and have suffered from anxiety (OCD & general) and depression ever since I was in middle school. I have been fortunate enough to get therapy and medication since high school but feel like I’m not really making any progress right now. Getting through the work day can be hard. However, I have a good job, still live at home with my parents and have a loving family so I am grateful for that. Nice to meet you all!
