...See more I feel like Im completely out of control over myself lately. Im pulling away from friends, constantly angry and easily irritated. I feel like Im ruining my relationships by doing these things or feeling certain ways. I tend to overthink everything which causes me to panic or react so quick with things and then regret it. Ive never seen a therapist before but I dont know if I need more than that, like medication. Im depressed but also highly anxious. Any advice??
