Hello! My name is Selena Francisca and I am so glad to be here on 7cups as a listener and an intern. I help others who struggle with depresions, suicide, lowself esteem, anxiety, and chronic pain. I am open to listen to anyone who needs someone to be there. I have battled against illnesses such as fibromyalgia, and depression, and have found that a simple compassionate listener or hug can make all the difference.
