...See more being person with social anxiety is really exhausted . like i want new friends , i want to try new things , i want to archive my dream , i want to get out from my comfort zone , but I can't , I'm too scare to talk to people . i get overthinking how they might react or maybe they don't really want to talk to me ? i don't know ... if i try to speak first I'm gonna end up shaking and embarrassing myself . I'm tired of this . like , just talk just talk just talk ? say hi or something ? it's not that hard right ? but when there's an opportunity to talk to someone i just can't open my mouth , it's hard until i get panic attack sometimes , I'm scare it will making me look like idiot trying to think what I'm gonna say to them . i wasted it . just because I'm too shy idk or maybe lack of confidence , I don't know how to talk to people I don't know how to make they feel enjoying talking to me . but i do want to talk to them . but it feel like they going to judge me . i really want to be confident to talk to people . i don't want when i try to talk to someone my heartbeat become faster then I'm shaking like broo? why you need to be that scared :( i just hate this thing.. i want to get rid of it but i just don't know how
