I am autistic with borderline personality disorder so sometimes I sound rather strange, like switching the colors on a lightbulb. I like listening to music and being outdoors because it is calming. I am also a puzzle fanatic, to the point of obsessive.

...See more Quaranteen sucks. It makes it harder to reach out to people, make personal contacts which is something I am supposed to be working on. Part of my mental health betterness program from before 7cups. Most days, I don't want to go out which is something else I need to work on. Minimize the potential depression triggers. Seem to be getting over some holiday depression now. Things are going back to routine. I expect my mind to get *interesting* in the days to come. Mind your step if you read through later entries, I might end up leaving a collection of 'wierd thoughts' scattered around.
