...See more My girlfriend broke up with about a month ago out of the blue after 4 years together. It was really unexpected as the night before we went out on a date night and had a great time. She said she’s not happy with her job and the fact that she’s living at home, do needed q change but I don’t believe this is the real reason. I’m finding it incredibly hard to process it because of this and I want to reach out to her every single day but I know this is not a good idea. I also miss her family and the dog as she got the dog as a puppy nearly 3 years into the relationship. I used to look after the dog 2 days every week on my own for the first 4-5 months after she got it. It’s so hard and I don’t know what to do, how to react and process it. I’m struggling to focus and motivate myself and I feel like I take one step forward and two steps back constantly. I really love her and I wanted to be with her forever. After this long I think you know and maybe she didn’t feel the way I felt.
