Panick attack -Bad coping mechanisms

...See more I get panick attacks often and when I get them I feel desperate to call someone. The counsellor says this is a bad coping mechanism I should breathe and learn to deal with this on my own but still call someone. 🥹struggling to not call someone when I feel like my world is ending. I find I get these panick attacks when I am cramming. I try not to cram but when I get behind things it’s that feeling again like my world is ending.
