...See more Hi I’m currently experiencing a relapse. I feel so defeated from my current desire for self harm. I’ve been working on coping techniques and all the things that usually help or are supposed to help haven’t been working like they should. I miss the release of pressure it provides but I know it causes more harm than actually helps. Does anyone have like a mantra or thought that helps with situations like this? Thanks
