...See more I’m struggling hard with my anxiety due to a medication side effect. Tardive dyskinesia. So my p doc and I are weaning me off it. I’m anxious, I can’t help it and my rescue meds don’t exactly help anymore. I want this med out of my system asap!! What are some coping mechanisms you use to get through anxiety/panic attacks?
