Hello everyone!
My name is Courtney, I am 16 years old, and I am a Verified Listener! I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, and Severe Depression at age thirteen. Although, I am newer to 7cupsoftea I find it to be a wonderful source of help for people. I have started being able to understand how to help with depression, and anxiety so I can help not only myself but others as well.
