...See more Lately I have been spending a lot of time on the phone. Could you believe that I have more than 15 hours of screen time a day? I want to get off my phone and do something productive. All I have been doing is watching YouTube videos and I guess the YouTubers are doing their job well. They have got me hooked. But I have things to learn and instead if doing that I open my online classes in one tab and on another tab I just entertain myself.

...See more Hey guys.. It's tough admitting that out loud. I want to stop because after I am done doing it I feel like the worst person alive. I feel very ashamed of myself and I don't want to feel that way. I wish someone could help me get out of this addiction
