...See more I've tried Googling this but nothing really comes up. Today has been really hard and I feel like I could relapse again. So I was wondering if anyone knew of any alternatives to purging and or starving myself. Are there any alternatives that will make me feel starved or like I'm puking or had just thrown up. My eating disorders aren't so much I'm afraid I'll get fat. It's the feeling. When I purge or starve myself I feel high or euphoric. Does anyone else feel like that or is it just me?
