...See more Hey! I don’t have much experience with therapy, but I decided to seek help this month due to some work related issues. Yesterday my therapy ended after 40 minutes, even though the payment is for an hour. Today I texted to my psychologist about it and she replied “the therapy doesn’t have to last for one hour”, now I feel gaslighted and frustrated. Can you tell me if it is normal practice? She said that we can talk about it in our next session but I kinda don’t wanna see her anymore. Shouldn’t such things as time limit be discussed before the payment? The worst thing is that she demanded one month payment in advanced and now she refuses to refund 🥲
