I am in my third year pursuing my Bachelors of Counseling and Applied Psychological Science from Arizona State University and plan to become a psychologist in the future. I have struggled with my own mental health in the past and have seen people close to me struggle as well, so I want nothing more in my life than to help others who are struggling with their own mental health. I want to gain experience in the mental health field by helping those who need gentle support through whatever they are dealing with.
