...See more Hello, I did have general anxiety for a long time in my teenage. I also had depression at one point of time. But the symptoms right now are not of depression. I am not depressed. I'm just really exhausted sometimes of the episodes. I get these triggers in environment and then I either start crying as if it's the end of the world or get really aggressive. I am afraid I'm not getting the right medicines. Therapists or doctors in India think I'm acting too smart by telling them my diagnosis. But the fact is I know it's not depression because I have had depression. It's not just minor anxiety, it's more than that. I hope to get clarity!
