Harassed By Those in Uniform

...See more When I tell this story it seems to be shrugged off or laughed about. However, the trauma I experienced and still experience to this day is no laughing matter. I want preface my story with that those who harassed me were not those of local law enforcement in my town. August(or late October of 2024) is when my harassment started until December of 2025 is when it officially ended. I did get heckled here and there, but nothing compares to the physical threats they inflicted with their vehicles or their intimidation tactics by skidding their vehicles past my apartment complex for an entire day. Nothing compares to their digital threats on Live Streams and altering my algorithm. During the time of my harassment it forced me to drop out of the university that I had worked hard to get into. Additionally forcing me to pay back over $600 for my student Pell money that I was awarded to go to school. My dream school growing up as a kid. It caused me to suffer from a Bells Palsy episode in which the ER doctor stated it was due to stress leaving me with a $2k medical bill. After going to my local sheriffs office and police, I was provided a mental health card and was presented as a joke. Though they are aware of what really happened, where I live they enforce the “good ole boy” system. So I am left with no apology, financial debt in medical bills, living everyday in anxiety that someone is going to hurt me or inflict serious injury upon me. I work for the state which means I do not get paid enough nor have a good enough insurance to cover the sessions I need from therapy. I used to be this curious, adventurous spirit who wanted to travel and explore. After going through this, my aspirations are gone. If those in uniform were willing to harass me in their civilian or pop cars (not sure which) , then what else would a random civilian do to me. This is just part of the struggle I deal with and how my life has been affected from the physical and digital harassment. I want peace and I want justice. ⚖️🕊️
