...See more Hello! So this may be long. But I felt that talking about my story and getting it out there would be better than dwelling on it. I have been ill for the past 3 months straight. I woke up on 12/16/19, sick as a dog, at 5 am. I went to urgent care, they told me it was a stomach bug. Some background info that's important for the story, I have a hugeeeeee phobia of vomit. I have severe anxiety attacks if I see, smell, hear, or take part in it. I panic and sweat and cry my eyes out which obviously would make it worse than calm, cool, and collected. But I cant control it. I rarely got sick as a child and to all of a sudden just have this surpise attack of flu like-stomach bug symptoms come over me for 3 months going on 4 months is terrifying. Ive seen urgent care, my primary doctor, the ER including a cat scan of my abdomen, a gastroenterologist, and a gynecologist. Every test and every scan and every sample came back normal. I began too lose hope around the second month ending and thought id be like this forever. The doctors are now recommending me i see a therapist for possible anxiety (definite anxiety). Ive called 2 different psychologist sooo many times and not one has answered me in the past week. Theres also loads of other stressful things going on in my life and that's definitely adding to it.
