I am an 31 year old active duty navy female who has served almost 14 yers. I currently suffer from anxiety, PTSD, depression, and hearing loss. I have always been told that I am a good listener and give good advice. I have a lot o experience in grief due to family losses as well as witnessing suicides and self harming in the past. I am in a much better place and I am always available to listen.
