...See more Hey, shortly before I turned 50 I started having terrible insomnia. In the evening I can’t stay awake which is socially disruptive and then I will wake up around midnight and not really be able to get back to sleep. Next day, repeat. It has been many months now. Anyone else deal with this and what do you do?
