...See more I have been suffering with bulimia for 6 months now. I don't binge. Just found an easy way to lose weight. Sometimes I don't want to purge my food, but after I eat I feel so nauseous til I do end up purging. I feel like I've ruined myself and now my body doesn't want food in it's stomach. Is this a symptom of bulimia? Is trying to recover going to be something like this I'll have to deal with? Want to know what to expect and what I got myself into.
